About

Hello and welcome to fiveislandseye (previously Thescillyindependent). Why the change? Well that is because Thescillyindependent has changed and has a brand new website, that can be found here. Thescillyindependent though is your main hub for news surrounding The Isles of Scilly, with lifestyle, music and technology and other interesting positive news, something that at the moment is needed at a time when the media are pumping out doom and gloom. Here though is where fiveislandseye comes in, a sister blog and purely a blog for Thescillyindependent, in which again is focused around positive news, good news and the best in reviews and more, something to lift your spirits up, during these extraordinary times. And what is more, fiveislandseye is committed to keeping you entertained with good news and tips and tricks along with technology help and tricks, plus thoughts about the world and society in general. Think of fiveislandseye as being a tree, and each branch coming away from the trunk is a topic, one day that topic might be something to do with technology, the next it might be something to do with photography, good news, perhaps even poetry, who knows. But what is even better is that you can help to. Fancy writing an article, a poem, then do get in touch. For this is your fiveislandseye.
